Script Submission Policy and Resources

The Providential Prologue is requiring 100% electronic script submission for this tournament.

All competitors with prepared speeches must complete the script submission process.

Script Submission Opens: September 20, 2021 at 8:00 a.m.
Script Submission Ends: September 27, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. All revisions/corrections must be completed by October 4, 2021.

Late Scripts: No late scripts will be accepted for this tournament.

You will receive a confirmation email once your script has been received and approved. Please save a copy of this confirmation email on your phone or print it out to have with you at Check-In.

How to Submit Scripts Electronically

1. Name the file correctly: Last Name, First Name-event.pdf (ex. Locke, John - PERSUASIVE)
2. Follow the rules for your speech event that can be found here.
3. Follow the script submission guidelines and use forms found here. Watch this six-minute video for help! See other helpful resources below.
4. Combine each speech into a single PDF file. See resources below.
5. SUBMIT SCRIPTS HERE.
6. Correct or Celebrate: If your script is returned for corrections, complete any requirements in a timely manner and resubmit. Otherwise, it is time to celebrate your approval!
